ראייה ברורה רואה שערים,

כי לא נועדנו להיות כלואים...

 כשאין סיבה פנימית לעשייה,

התודעה ניסחפת לכל כיוון,

מה שיכול להיות מנוצל על ידי המנהיגות....

 האדמה מספרת לים את מה שמתרחש עליה

הים מעניק לאדמה מים נקיים לרישום...

The land tells the sea what is happening on it

...The sea gives the earth clean water for recording

 הכרת הגבולות מסייעת למצוא את הנתיב לחופש...

...Knowing the boundaries helps to find the path to freedom

 הנשימה יכולה להזכיר לנו שהחוץ והפנים מחוברים...

The breath can remind us that the outside 

...and the inside are connected

 הפריחה מופיעה אחרי מסע שמלווה במאבקים עם כל מה שמתנגד...

ועדיין המסע נמשך אל הפרי ואל הזרע...

The bloom appears after a journey that is accompanied by
