 המודעות שלנו הינה תוצר של מעצבי התודעה,

כדי להצליח להיות מודעים לעצמינו, צריך לפחות לפרק זמן קצר 

להתנתק מהמדיה, להתרחק מהסביבה המוכרת

ואז אולי נוכל למצוא בתוכינו ניצוץ של ה"אני" המקורי ...

 כשהכל נוח על פני האדמה, ונגמרות השאלות והתהיות,

 לא מרגישים צורך לפרוש כנפיים ולעוף...

 ככל שמעמיקים פנימה, כך נפתחות יותר אפשרויות,

ויש פחות גמישות...

ככל שמעמיקים כך נצמדים יותר לערכים, לכן יש פחות גמישות...
